1. How are we doing?
This survey is designed to assess how well your organisation works from your perspective and provide input to an assessment to help identify and drive future improvements.
You will be presented with a number of questions and asked for your opinion. It should take you about 20 minutes to complete.

The survey can also be run as a part of the ExcellenceBenchmark - an assessment of your organisation based on the criteria of the internationally recognised EFQM Excellence Model. Please let us know if you are interested in the Benchmark - or training your leaders to be an assessor participating in peer assessments of other organisations.
