Review of Serious Adverse Incidents (SAI)

The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) is currently reviewing the Serious Adverse Incident (SAI) process with the aim of identifying any potential improvements that may be made.  To help us to improve the process in the future can we ask you to please spend a few minutes and complete this survey to tell us of your experience?

The RQIA Expert Review Team has also set aside Friday 22 November 2019, to allow staff to speak with them individually about their experience of the SAI process – this can be in person at the RQIA Office in Belfast or by telephone.  If you would like to speak with a member of the RQIA Expert Review Team, please contact Jim McIlroy (RQIA – Tel: 028 95361880 email: james.mcilroy@rqia.org.uk) to book an appointment.
