Many thanks for taking part in this important survey. We realise that you are subjected to a large number of requests for information but we think it’s important that your data is included, and we have endeavoured to minimise the length of the survey, to make the process as efficient as possible.
This survey is collecting data on gate fees being charged by waste management facilities. The survey is strictly confidential and your entries will only be used aggregated with those of other operators to ensure anonymity.
Where you operate more than one facility you will be given the opportunity to complete information on all the facilities that you operate. This will be performed sequentially i.e. you will answer questions for one facility and then another etc.
