Thank for you for taking this very quick, anonymous survey of charity leaders for the Weston Charity Awards - run by the Garfield Weston Foundation and Pilotlight. It will help us to gauge and respond to attitudes in the sector towards leadership development and strategic planning.

The survey might help you to consider whether your charity could benefit from a free programme of intensive leadership coaching and mentoring which we will offer, along with funding, to up to 20 charities (with income <£5m) in 2018. 

As a small incentive for completing this survey, a donor has provided a £50 John Lewis voucher which will be won by one person picked at random from those who choose to enter.
