Rwyf yn cadarnhau fy mod yn rhoi cydsyniad i’r manylion rwyf wedi’u hamlinellu isod gael eu rhannu ag Undeb Myfyrwyr Prifysgol Aberystwyth a'u cadw yn unol â’r Ddeddf Diogelu Data (DPA) a Rheoliadau Diogelu Data Cyffredinol (GDPR) 2018, ynghyd â pholisïau diogelu data'r Brifysgol ac UMAber.
 
Cedwir manylion am hyd at bedair blynedd fel cofnod o gyfranogiad ac at ddibenion ystadegol. 

Gall myfyrwyr dynnu yn ôl eu cydsyniad ar unrhyw amser trwy e-bostio undeb@aber.ac.uk ond mae’n bosibl y byddant yn ildio mynediad i’r gwasanaeth trwy wneud hynny.

I confirm that I give my consent for my details outlined below to be shared with Aberystwyth University Students’ Union, and held in compliance with the Data Protection Act (DPA) and with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2018, along with the University and AberSU data protection policies.
 
Details will be kept for up to four years as a record of involvement and for statistical purposes. 

Students can withdraw consent at any time by emailing union@aber.ac.uk but may forfeit access to the service by doing so.
 
The Union’s Data Protection Statement and Policy is reviewed annually to ensure compliance and is available on request or by visiting: www.abersu.co.uk/aboutaber/dataprotection
