The UK’s 2 largest LGBT+ careers conferences, PinkNews Futures and National Student Pride, in collaboration with Career Accelerator, are once again running LGBT+ business mentoring.

We are connecting 18-30 year old LGBT+ young people with LGBT+ business mentors and strong allies who work at top inclusive businesses such as Cisco, Ocado, Centrica, TrueLayer and more to prepare for successful professional careers.

By being a mentee on the programme you can benefit from:
1) Learning about LGBT+ inclusive jobs in professional sectors
2) Developing ambitious, realistic career goals and make steps to achieve these
3) Building your LGBT+ professional network
4) Building confidence and appreciating your value as LGBT+ young people
5) Navigating being a young LGBT+ person finding employment and progressing

We run programmes three times a year: Autumn (late-September - December), Spring (late January - April) and Summer (late April - August).

Applications are on a rolling basis and places are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
