Welcome to Healthwatch Barking and Dagenham's annual survey for providers

This annual survey will help us to shape and deliver our service better.

Local Healthwatch is here to:

- help people find out about local health and social care services
- listen to what people think of services
- help improve the quality of services by informing organisations who run services, and the government know what people want from care
- encourage people who run the services to involve the public in changes to care

Healthwatch are undertaking a piece of work called 'WHO KNOWS'. By taking part you will help us find out the following:

- Have people have heard of us?
- How we can improve our engagement with the local community
- What works well and what needs improvement in health and care services
