Introduction
 
This programme is designed for people who want to develop the leadership skills that will enable them to achieve better outcomes for people using primary care services. Participants will be able to take the learning back into their practice/PCN to support the resilience of others and to influence and make a difference to how things happen as well as learn practical tools and approaches they can use now and in future leadership roles.
What does the programme cover?

This programme consists of five half-day modules that will support the development of personal and team leadership skills.  Participants will get the most benefit by attending all five modules but each can be booked indivudally if there are areas of development you are especially keen to work on:

We will retain a record of your name, job role, organisation, band, and contact details on a secure alumni register and contacts database for management information and communications purposes. Although we will be able to see your name and email address upon submission, this data will be anonymised from the EDI details. We appreciate your support in providing this information, which will help us to ensure our leadership development interventions are widely accessible and inclusive. 

Your booking details (i.e. name, role, organisation, ICS) will be kept securely by Altogether Better as the event provider and shared with the South East Leadership Academy to allow them to understand participant thinking and adapt events accordingly, in addition to other regional leadership academies (as required) and with the members of other relevant South East Leadership Academy networks to aid communication, sharing of good practice and support.
