ESU Mentors and Judges
ESU Mentors
ESU Mentors deliver debating and public speaking workshops in schools, teach at our residential programmes and debate all over the world on our international debate tours. Mentors are under contract with the ESU and paid per workshop. We require all mentors to attend a training weekend and commit to full-day bookings during the week.
ESU Judges
ESU Judges work on a voluntary basis or are paid per heat for certain programmes. Competitions typically take place in late afternoon/early evening.
