Our registered patients are warmly invited to take part in our annual patient survey which will run from 1st Jan 2018 - 31st Jan 2018. It has been compiled in consultation with our Patient Participation Group. Your answers are anonymous and confidential and will only be used to improve the Northlands patient experience.
