Welcome to the Swim Wales 2022 National Awards.
Every aquatic story has a hero, someone who changed your experience, encouraged you to push that extra length, someone whose involvement helped you become the person you are.
This is your opportunity to nominate that individual-and say thank you!
Nominations close October 31st at 4pm
You are also invited to submit a video of support to the team to accompany your application, this is an opportunity to thank them personally and talk about the impact they've had on your aquatic journey.
