To find out from the public what type of information they want to receive, when they want to receive it and how. With the ultimate aim of developing a plan / approach that delivers what people want to the best of our ability and within reason. Through appropriate communication of the results and action taken both the public and the communications team should have a shared and improved understanding of what the communications team can deliver and the support we can provide.
