Stockport NHS Foundation Trust: Maternity Voices Partnership Survey

This survey is for people who are receiving or have received maternity care under Stockport NHS Foundation Trust within the last 3 years.

As an MVP (a group of maternity service providers, commissioners and user representatives) in Stockport we are keen to understand more about families' experiences of pregnancy, birth and maternity care. We'd love to hear from you about what matters to you when having a baby. What you tell us will be used to identify where improvements to maternity services are needed and how we can make care safer and more personalised.

We'd really appreciate 10 minutes of your time to complete this survey and share your voice with us.

If you are pregnant, please respond about this pregnancy. If you have given birth, please respond about your most recent birth experience. If you have had more than one pregnancy and/or birth experience in the last 3 years you may complete the survey for each one separately.

The survey is anonymous and any responses given will be strictly confidential. We encourage mums, dads, birth/biological parents, intended parents and co-parents to complete the survey.
