GP services have changed in response to Coronavirus. This means a clinical assessment or triage is completed for a person's issue, usually over the phone. Based on the assessment, most people are now talking to a healthcare professional on the phone or by video call and only being invited for a face to face appointment if necessary.
We want to know about your experience of the changes in the way services are delivered and whether some aspects of these new approaches should continue when we return to ‘normal life’. It will take about 5 minutes to complete this survey.
