Proposals for the Social Housing Green Paper - August 2018

A NEW DEAL FOR SOCIAL HOUSING

Published in August 2018, the Green Paper is a consultation document that seeks views on the Governments proposals for social housing.  The Government wants to start a national discussion about social housing, and NITV would like to know YOUR views about the Governments proposals.
These are underpinned by five key principals listed below:

1  Ensuring a safe and decent home
2  Improving and speeding up how complaints are resolved
3  Empowering residents and strengthening the regulator
4  Tackling stigma and celebrating thriving communities
5  Building new social homes and increasing home ownership
