What you’ll need

As a Franchisee, you’ll need to make a significant up-front financial investment, which means having access to at least £200,000 in unencumbered funds. You’ll also need to demonstrate you can lead from the front and work within our proven framework to give yourself the greatest chance of success.

The Operating Principal
- Finds and attracts talent.
- Attracts, retains, and leads the right Team Leader.
- Holds Market Centre leadership accountable for Growth Initiative and - Career Growth Initiative goals.
- Drives the creation of goals, plans, and budgets.
- Tracks progress to goals, plans, and budgets with the Team Leader.
- Trains and consults Team Leader.
- Holds Team Leader accountable.
- Builds bench strength.
- Communicates with the investor group.
