Improvement Matters Staff Survey

Dear colleagues,

The past few months have been very challenging for us all, and many services have changed the way they operate as a response of COVID-19 situation. Therefore, we are conducting a survey to understand your view on how you would like your Quality Improvement training to be delivered and to identify the main areas where we need to make changes in order to provide you a better QI support.

The Quality Improvement at NELFT actively support and work alongside staff, irrespective of their job, role, and banding, to develop their improvement ideas using the QI methodology to make a positive change within their service.

Please be advised that all responses and sensitive data will remain anonymous. Your feedback is very important for us to continue making sustainable improvements within our Trust and for the NHS.
