Stockport's Family Information Hub (Local Offer) Survey

Stockport’s Family Information Hub (Local Offer) website has brought together a range of support services and information for children and young people aged 0-25, with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Some of the services include, special educational needs and disabilities, children's therapy services, social care, short breaks, 16 plus services, early years & childcare, school transport, personal budgets and more. Parents in Partnership Stockport are seeking the views of parents, carers and family members as to how you feel about Stockport's Family Information Hub (Local Offer).
