Course: Boundaries & Good Practice

This course is intended for staff and volunteers from our partner organisations who do not wish to become immigration advisers or register with the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner.  This course is held on two half days.

Part 1 looks at what is and what is not immigration advice, so that you can do as much as possible without crossing that boundary.

Part 2 tells you how you can support clients to access immigration advice and what you can do when things go wrong.

We recommend attending both parts in order. The course is held online using a mixture of written materials and online classrooms.
