Introduction

We have been contracted by BFI to create robust, easy to use  processes that can be adopted by a range of productions of varying budget size, based on existing policies to prevent and respond to bullying, harassment and racism.

To do this properly we need to hear your views, particularly anything that has worked well for you or didn’t work at all. We are committed to ensuring any recommendations we make or resources we develop are effective and achievable and can only do this by listening to you.
