Background Information and Instructions on Completing the Survey

Golding Homes (GH) is considering procuring new arrangements to deliver “Fire Safety Works” to meet the requirements of upcoming legislation.  The annual value is currently being determined. The works typically comprise of the following:-
  • Fire stopping and compartmentation works;
  • Upgrading/replacement of doors to fire rated doors;
  • Fire protection/prevention: installation, upgrading, refurbishment and replacement of fire protection/prevention systems to blocks or estates including fire suppression, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, emergency lighting and automatic opening vent (AOV) systems;
  • Fire signage
  • Associated works in connection with the above.
We are looking to engage with Providers who can support the delivery of “Works” and Consultant(s) to support the delivery of Contract Administration/ Project Management “Services” to understand more fully the best way to package these works and services.

The Market Engagement is being undertaken to support us define our procurement requirements and to appraise itself of current best practice in the market.
