1. INTRODUCTION
MindWise is a leading mental health charity in Northern Ireland delivering 30+ services run by 110 professional staff and 100+ volunteers. With the backing of our 330 members we raise awareness and help more than 1000 people each day affected by mental health issues to tackle their problems.
We are undertaking a comprehensive consultation to plan MindWise’s future activities. We want you to have your say! We would like you to tell us about different aspects of our work, key issues we face, along with what you think are key opportunities for us.
This questionnaire has been developed to provide an opportunity for you to influence our work. The questionnaire is anonymous and you can feel confident in answering it openly and honestly. It is designed to obtain information from as wide a group of people as possible, so if you feel a question is not relevant to you or your knowledge and experience of the organisation or sector leave it blank and move to the next. It is important that we receive the views of as many people as possible to ensure that our strategy is fit for purpose and reflects the needs of the people we work with.
The survey will take around 20 minutes to complete and will be analysed using Survey Monkey Software. It will then be passed to the Project Team which has responsibility for overseeing the work.
