This year we will be launching properties in person, and in phases. Our properties will appear online from 6th November for you to create your shortlist. You can only apply for a property in-person in our office at 27 St Clements on:

Tuesday 21st November: only 5+ bedroom properties
Tuesday 28th November: 3-4 bedroom properties

By launching the properties in two phases we aim to eradicate the need to queue ahead of time. Please do not come to the office to apply for 3 and 4 bedroom properties before 28th November.

You must register your details by completing this form before you can book a viewing or rent a property from us. The majority of properties will have a video tour available online, which will enable you to shortlist a maximum of THREE properties.

Please be aware that you will need to nominate one person to act as 'lead tenant' for payments. If you apply for a property with Finders Keepers the holding deposit must be paid from one account and if you move into one of our properties, we will collect rent from one account. This nominated 'lead tenant' will be no more responsible than the other applicants; this is purely for administration purposes.

Many of our properties have video tours to help you create a shortlist as a group, and whilst you will be able to book a physical viewing, you will also be able to rent a property from the video tour if all members of the group are happy with doing so.
