Introduction

Growing Faith Foundation and Brendan Research are partnering to conduct research this year to explore school chaplains’ ministry in England. We are interested in hearing about primary, secondary and further education contexts, both state and private.

In particular, we are keen to hear about interesting and innovative examples of ministry and to what extent missional chaplaincy is welcomed and impactful in creating young disciples.

The research is funded externally by the National Church through the work of the Vision and Strategy team  based in London. They are keen for us to investigate whether there are models of chaplaincy that dioceses could adopt or scale up to encourage more young people to become disciples.

At this first stage of exploration, we are inviting as many chaplains as possible to fill in this short online survey by Friday 15th December. It should take no more than 10-15 minutes. Thank you!
