Corpus Christi Consent Form

Dear Parent/Carers,

You may be aware that there are new data protection rules coming in from 25th May 2018. To ensure we are meeting the new requirements, we need to re-seek your consent to take and use photos of your child and to use your contact details to keep you informed.

At Corpus Christi we take photographs of pupils as a matter of course, for use in recording attainment and progress, assessment purposes and for internal displays. In addition we use photos in the school’s prospectus, on the school’s website, in our newsletter, on twitter and sometimes we share these with external companies for workshops, museums etc.  We really value using photos of pupils, to be able to showcase what pupils do in school and show what life at Corpus Christi is like to others, so we would appreciate you taking the time to give consent again. Please note that your child’s full name would never be used alongside any photographs.

We would like your consent to take photos of your child, and use them in the ways described above. If you are not happy for us to do this, we will accommodate your preferences.

If you change your mind at any time, you can let us know by emailing sbm@corpuschristi.lambeth.sch.uk, or popping in to the school office with a written note, confirming your changes.
