When is it?
Monday 25th - Thursday 28th July
9.30am-12.30pm

Where is it?
In fully equipped gymnasiums at the University of Brighton Sports Centre, Denton Road, Eastbourne BN20 7SR.

Age range
Age 4 - Year 6 (inclusive)

How much is it?
£64 per child for four mornings

Groups
Gymnasts will be grouped according to age, and sometimes ability if they have been coached by us before.

What to expect?
Lots of fun! We will design creative activities using various equipment throughout the sessions and coaching sessions will include working on floor skills, vaulting, beam and bar work. We also know that kids love jumping, so we will be trampolining and practising our jumps on single and double mini trampettes! We will also work on fun strength and conditioning, fitness and flexibility, using our small apparatus.
