This survey is being conducted to update and inform workforce development priorities for the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Combined Authority (CPCA) and Business Board.
The aim of the research is to identify the needs of local employers and the workforce and has a particular focus on Health and Wellbeing in the Workplace. It also takes into account the recent impact which COVID-19 may have had on your business.
As a local employer, your contribution is greatly appreciated. The survey takes around 10-15 minutes to complete. Your participation and contribution are entirely voluntary. Please only complete one questionnaire per organisation.
The research is being conducted in accordance with the Market Research Society Code of Conduct. Replies will be anonymised and aggregated. At no point in the survey will data or comments be attributed to participating organisations or individuals. The research report and anonymised data set will be disseminated to the CPCA and Business Board and other relevant stakeholders. The research report itself will be available in the public domain.
