Introduction
Welcome to our survey. This survey is being conducted by Chrysalis Research, an independent research company, on behalf of The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) charity. The aim of the survey is to gather evidence about SEND young people’s participation in the DofE and its impact.
The survey will take around 5-10 minutes to complete. Please follow the instructions carefully for each question. Please be open and honest. Your responses are invaluable in helping us build an accurate picture of impact of the DofE and to see where further support might be needed. Your answers to the survey will be treated as confidential and presented to the DofE anonymously.
