This survey is for parent carers in Central Bedfordshire who have children and young people aged 0-25 years with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our aim is to see how well Central Bedfordshire Council and Health services identify children and young people with SEND, how well they meet those needs and how effectively they improve outcomes for those children and young people. When Ofsted complete a SEND area inspection of Central Bedfordshire Council, SNAP PCF will be invited to feedback the views of parent carers in Central Bedfordshire.

This survey will help us to reflect the views of a wide group of parent carers & should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.

The survey will be analysed & shared with Central Bedfordshire Council and the Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group who will then respond accordingly to any issues that may be raised and the feedback will be available to view on our website www.snappcf.org.uk.

We will update our website www.snappcf.org.uk with the feedback.  Please complete one survey per child.

We will collect data for this survey until the completion of the SEND reforms which is scheduled to be April 2018. After this date, we will restart the survey to provide a post-SEND reforms comparison. Thank you for your input.
