Youth Employment UK wants to offer more to our young members. Therefore, we are planning to bring in some new elements and benefits to the free membership package. Key points are detailed here and we would love as many of you to give feedback as possible so that we can make sure you are getting what you want and expect from YEUK membership.

Key points and changes in membership

1.       All members will become known as “YEUK Young Professionals”

2.       Membership will remain free to all young people

3.       We will introduce a 3 tiered membership system

4.       Current entry level membership will remain the same

5.       2 new levels of membership for you to work towards

6.       Moving up to higher levels will bring additional benefits. This could include:

a.       Recognition of your personal investment into your own development as a young professional

b.      Recognition of the skills you have that make you employable

c.       Guaranteed interviews with supporting organisations (when they have vacancies)

d.      Ongoing employment support from YEUK if successful at interview

e.      Possibility of a LinkedIn tag, that recognises you as a Young Professional, meaning employers looking for young talent can search for you

f.        Opportunities to represent YEUK at events and to write content for our website
