Gorrie Hall

Foston Parish Council and Foston Scouts are embarking on a project to develop Gorrie Hall for the benefit and enjoyment of all Parishioners. We are keen to ensure that any development meets the needs of the local community. The project involves the potential redevelopment of the Hall and we would like to find out your views on Foston’s community facilities, how you use them now, and what you would like to see for the future.

Gorrie Hall is in deteriorating condition and cannot accommodate the existing demand for use by Foston Scouts. There is an opportunity to incorporate new facilities and services into a redeveloped multi-use building suitable for Sporting as well as Scouting activities. We want to hear your opinions on what should be included in any designs, and to identify the needs of the parish. Your feedback will play an important role in the future of the Hall and will ensure that the views of local residents are fed into the design process.
