I am Florence

Thank you for taking part in our “I am Florence” project for International Year of the Nurse and Midwife 2020 at Salisbury District Hospital 

Please could you answer the questions that follow. You can choose to answer all of them or leave out any that you feel you don't want / can't answer.
 
We will print out the answers you give us and include them in our healthcare history collection. We already have some nursing stories from Salisbury Infirmary and we wanted your comments and memories to compare how nursing and midwifery has changed in the last 100 years. We also hope to inspire the public through the range of experiences people have had and also understand what has inspired you to choose your career and the skills you have gained as a result.
 
By taking part you are consenting for ArtCare to add your story to the healthcare history collection which will be shared online and in public workshops and settings. You do not have to use your name.
