Foundation for Recovery Evaluation Survey

Since March 2022, the North Carrick Community Benefit Company, working with South Ayrshire Council, have been delivering the Foundations for Recovery programme. We want to evaluate what the people and groups in North Carrick thought about the initiative now that it has come to an end. Please take a few minutes to help us to see what we did well and what could be improved for the future. This survey is designed to only take a few minutes of your time and we thank you for helping us.

This survey is being run by Community Enterprise, whose privacy policy can be viewed here. All survey responses are recorded on Survey Monkey whose privacy policy can be viewed here.
