Applications are invited from organisations that would like to host and part-fund a newly qualified GP or nurse for 1-2 sessions per week to support their personal development. 

This two-year scheme aims to support newly qualified GPs and nurses to develop their portfolio careers. 
 
Host organisations are asked to fund at least one session (based on standard sessional rates). 

Host organisations may pay fellows directly or via the fellow's main employer (subject to terms & conditions*).  

Hosts may take on fellows through a secondment, honorary or direct employment contract.
