Who is carrying out this survey?

This survey is being carried out by the Faculty Office on behalf of the Master of the Faculties.  The Master is the Approved Regulator for notaries in England and Wales.  As the Regulator the Master sets and oversees compliance with standards in legal work and services provided by the notaries whom the Master regulates. The Master can take action if the people she regulates do not meet those standards.

 The purpose of this survey

We are committed to understanding and enhancing the services being provided by the people we regulate.  This survey gives an opportunity for you to provide feedback about the service you have received from the notary whom you instructed.  We promise to maintain the confidentiality of your responses.  Your feedback will be amalgamated anonymously and help develop policies and guidance to assist those we regulate to provide excellent services to consumers.

However, if you would be content to be contacted about your answers or to help us with further information, there will be an opportunity for you to provide your contact details.  Your details will then also be entered into a prize draw to win a £200 Waitrose/John Lewis voucher to be drawn on 7th March 2022
