Family Activities Survey

Please help us develop activities for your family at TCR Hub

As part of our National Lottery Community Funded Family Activity project at TCR Hub, we are developing lots of exciting plans for families.

However, to do this as well as you deserve, we need your help. Please complete this survey to share what you would like to see happening at TCR Hub.

The survey shouldn't take more than five minutes and will directly influence what happens next. We do promise to consider all responses and weave your thoughts into our action plan when possible.

Please complete by Tuesday 22nd September 2020. Do share this with friends to help us gather as many responses as possible.
