Our SCOPE Values - by you, for you!

We are engaging with staff to develop a behavioural framework to underpin our SCOPE values. To do that, we need to be clear what each of the values means to all of us in our professional lives. We want the framework to be developed for staff, by staff, creating a collective ownership and shared sense of responsibility which will add more meaning to them in practice.
