Please help Paul Sartori Hospice at Home to improve support for people who have hearing loss.  These people could be patients, family members, carers, volunteers, staff, visitors or anybody associated with the charity.  As part of a wider project, Paul Sartori Hospice at Home are looking to support those with a hearing loss by installing a fitted counter loop at their main Reception at Paul Sartori House, Haverfordwest; by providing portable counter loops and ensuring access to personal listening devices for meetings.  Additionally, we would like to provide Deaf Awareness and Sign Language Training to staff and volunteers.  This questionnaire will take just a few minutes to complete and your feedback will help us to shape any support provided.  Please respond to this questionnaire by Friday 31st March 2020.  If you have any queries, please contact Judith Williams, Grants Coordinator on 01437 763223 or email her:  Thank you
