Thank you for your interest in this project, which sees Kent Surrey Sussex Academic Health Science Network working together with a multinational Pharmaceutical Company to better understand how people feel about the product information that comes with their prescription medication.

By completing this questionnaire, you will be helping to shape the future design and delivery of medicines labelling and product information to improve the lives and health outcomes for people globally.

When answering these questions, it might help to have your medications to hand.

There are three sections in this questionnaire, your views on product information, experiences with medication and information about you. Please allow around 15 minutes to take this survey.
