This survey has been prepared following a cross-industry meeting that took place on 28 April to discuss potential improvements to the safety of forward tipping dumpers. Customers undertook to fill in this survey to inform the work of the group. A similar survey will be undertaken with manufacturers to identify how readily these recommendations could be realised
