Dear Participant,

Are you a breast cancer clinician who works with women of reproductive age?

The Clinical Effectiveness Unit (CEU) of the Faculty of Sexual & Reproductive Healthcare is currently developing a new clinical guideline Breast Cancer and Contraception. As part of the development process, we are surveying health professionals caring for women with breast cancer.

We are keen to hear your experience of contraceptive discussions with women, what guidelines (if any) you currently access, and what you believe is important for inclusion in this new guideline.

Participation is completely voluntary, and your answers are anonymous. This should only take 5-10 minutes. The final guideline is expected to be published on the FSRH website (www.fsrh.org).

Thank you for your time.

Yours sincerely,

The CEU team
The Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare
