Thank you for nominating yourself, a colleague, a friend, boss or employee. You are very welcome to enter as many catergories as you wish and nominate as many people as you would like. However, a nomination will only be valid if the form is completed fully and submitted by the 30th of January 2017.
All you have to do is provide, in 300 words or less, reasons why you feel the award should be given. A panel of judges will then shortlist from these submissions. If your nominee is shortlisted you will be contacted by the 30th of January to provide any documents, references, examples or evidence to support your nomination further. The winner will be announced on the night in true Hollywood style!
