Job Purpose
As a Location Manager you will be fully responsible for managing your location on a day-to-day basis organising, leading and overseeing the little details in the shop that make the big difference to our customers. You will be customer driven, ambitious and commercially savvy with a passion to lead your team to ‘Surprise and Delight our customers every time’, maintain impeccable store operations standards, risk and compliance management, ensure the delivery of high quality beverages and food and drive financial performance to meet and exceed sales targets. Key to this role and the success will be your management, mentoring and coaching of your team members ensuring that the fresh philosophy is upheld at all times of service, and embedded in everything and every team member.

Bringing an ‘all in’ approach you will work a minimum of 45 hours per week and you’ll be in charge of your team’s development, as well as your own. So while your main focus will be keeping your customers happy, you will also be responsible for the welfare, growth and development of your team, all aspects of the store operations including risk management as well as full financial management.

- Have previous management experience in a fast-paced environment ideally with teams of 5 people and above
- Have experience of recruitment, induction and performance reviews
- Relish the challenge of meeting business targets including sales, compliance and customer service

from £20,000 with bonus opportunities
