Ski Fit is a six week progressive course that will prepare you for the slopes. Devised by a top ski coach, these sessions include specific drills for strength, weight transfer, balance, agility, flexibility, endurance and general cardio vascular fitness. Covers all snowsports and guaranteed to improve performance, reduce risk of injury and make sure you are fit enough to fully enjoy everything a ski trip has to offer - even the Apres ski!
