About this survey

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council wishes to develop excellence in its customer service delivery across all sections of the Council. The Council has approved three related strategies - Customer Services, Communications and Community Engagement and Involvement and we intend to deliver on the strategies through a corporate action plan. We need your help to further develop the Action Plan.

The Council also intends to open two customer focussed centres, one in High Street, Omagh and one in County Buildings, Enniskillen, over the coming months. These will be customer service centres where our Customer Service Team will provide a front of office service which will ensure you can do as much of your business with the Council as possible at one location. Further details will be provided later on this customer service provision.

This survey seeks your opinions and suggestions on how we develop our services to meet your needs. We ask that you take a few minutes to provide us with feedback to the following questions. All information received will be treated with strict confidence.  We thank you in anticipation of your participation.

Closing date for responses - 5pm, Friday 14 July 2017
