Harnessing the ideas, energy and experience of those at the frontline working with homeless and vulnerably housed people

Survey of Frontline Workers

“The Frontline Network believes that frontline workers have the insight and imagination to not just work with people experiencing homelessness and who are vulnerably housed within existing structures, but design new services and initiatives that will improve outcomes for those facing homelessness

We are conducting this survey to find out more about you, but more importantly to find out how we can work together to make this happen and we would be delighted if you would complete the survey to help us achieve this together.

Where we use the term “Client” we also mean Customer, Service User, Resident, Guest etc depending on what term your organisation prefers.

We have designed the survey so you can re-enter it at any time and do not need to complete it in one sitting. However, re-entering the survey is only possible when completed on the same device and you will need to finish the page you are on before leaving the survey and coming back to it.

The survey should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The information you provide will be kept 100% confidential and cannot be traced back to you.

The deadline for responses is close of play on the 20th December 2017

If you have any queries or want to discuss the survey, please do not hesitate to contact Raks Patel here at the Frontline Network at raks.patel@stmartinscharity.org.uk

If you have a query on completing the survey itself, please contact Paul Anderson in the first instance or Wendy Green from Homeless Link at paulanderson348@yahoo.com or wendy.green@homelesslink.org.uk. 0207 840 4430/07808 733671)
