1. Definitions

Almost all industries are talking about "Digital Transformation"(DX)- a process that promises (or threatens) to change the way a sector works. It has huge potential for the energy business and as we launch our new Digital Transformation in Energy training programme, we, together with The Oil & Gas Year, are keen to find out your views on what it means for the industry - and what it means for careers, skills and management challenges.  There's a maximum of 14 questions and it should only take a few minutes to complete. All data will be kept anonymous and confidential.
Digital transformation (DX) means different things to different companies. For some it's all about Innovation - a new approach to running a business that will be embedded across the organisation, for others it's a technology-driven approach specific to certain functions, while for others it is just a term for some IT-related changes.
