Introduction

The environment in which housing providers operate is changing rapidly. Altair and 3C are carrying out a piece of research to find out how organisations like yours are responding these changes and challenges. We are particularly interested in how you are approaching transformation, efficiencies and digitalisation of services. Our findings will be used to develop a public facing report and seminar centred around how a leading-edge housing organisation will operate in 2025. This will include detail key best practice case studies from in and out of the sector.
