In Hertfordshire there is a multi-agency Suicide Prevention plan.   This anonymous survey aims to gain further insight into the behaviour of boys and men when they are struggling with their mental health, to ensure that we can provide information and support which is as helpful as possible.  By completing this questionnaire, you are helping to contribute to this important work.
