Urgent Care - urgent care is things like A&E, 999, Walk In Centre, NHS 111 etc. Planned Care - This is when you have a planned appointment or treatments Primary Care (GP) - This is your local GP practice and can include all services such as nurse appointments, blood tests, in-house pharmacy etc Mental Health - This includes both in the hospital and in the community Complex Care - This is when you have more than one health condition and may need to be looked after by lots of teams Prevention and Early Intervention - this is things like healthy lifestyle programmes e.g weight management, stop smoking etc Front Door - This is the idea that there will be one contact for all of your health and social care needs. Children, Young People and Maternity - these are all services designed for children and younger people as well as maternity e.g pre and post natal care and fertility Quality - This is how we monitor quality and patient experience and make sure that we learn from these experiences to improve local service OK Question Title * 2.
